one on one. The examiner has used the following code to score your driving test in the past.
(OK) Means maneuver was satisfactory
(/) Means some improvement necessary
(X) Means lack of skill, knowledge or judgment
(R) Means an unsafe action at a R.R. crossing

Items scored more than once require your special attention. If an item has been scored four times, this may indicate an incorrect driving habit or improper understanding of the correct method.
IF YOU PASSED:
Read the items scored on the reverse side!!
Any one of those driving errors could involve you in a collision. For your own interest, we strongly advise you to correct any faults and become a safe & defensive driver.
IF YOU DID NOT PASS:
It may have been for any one of the following reasons:
1. A violation of any traffic law
2. An unsafe action (dangerous action)
3. Involved in a Collision
4. Too many driving errors (this is totally dependent on the examiner)
This last reason may be the result of lack of skill, driving knowledge, judgment, or an accumulation of bad driving habits.
